Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Walker’s Western Hats and every purchase or distance agreement made between Walker’s Western Hats and a customer.
Before an order is completed, customers must have reasonable access to these Terms and Conditions.
When a purchase is completed electronically, these terms may also be provided electronically in a form that allows the customer to save them for future reference.
If additional conditions apply to a particular product, promotion, or service, those conditions form part of the agreement.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Situations that are not specifically covered by these Terms and Conditions should be interpreted in accordance with their overall intent and applicable consumer law.
Article 3 – Our Offers
If an offer is available for a limited period or subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.
Walker’s Western Hats reserves the right to change or withdraw offers before an order has been accepted.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizes, colors, and other information for every product.
Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and the customer's screen.

Shipping costs
-
Payment methods
-
Delivery
-
Returns and withdrawal rights
-
Available sizes, colors, and materials

Article 4 – The Agreement
An agreement is formed once the customer places an order, accepts the applicable conditions, and the order is accepted by Walker’s Western Hats.
Customers placing an order electronically will normally receive an electronic order confirmation.
Walker’s Western Hats takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect online transactions and customer information.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, or payment problems.
Customers will have access to information concerning:
-
Our contact information
-
Returns and withdrawal rights
-
Applicable guarantees
-
Delivery conditions
-
After-sales support
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
Customers may request to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without having to provide a reason.
During this period, customers should handle the product and its packaging carefully.
The product should only be handled or inspected to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and fit.
Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must contact Walker’s Western Hats within the applicable 14-day period.
After receiving return instructions, the item must be returned within the required return period.
Customers should retain proof of shipment until their return has been processed.
Additional information can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Article 6 – Return Costs and Refunds
Unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a free return under our policies or applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Once a qualifying return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete return and refund conditions.
Article 7 – Exceptions to Withdrawal
Where permitted by applicable law, certain products may be excluded from the standard right of withdrawal.
Examples may include:

Personalized products
-
Custom-made products
-
Certain hygiene-sensitive products once opened
-
Perishable items
-
Products that cannot reasonably be returned due to their nature
-
Other products specifically excluded under applicable consumer law
Any relevant exclusion will be communicated where applicable.
Article 8 – Prices
Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time an order is placed, unless an obvious error has occurred.
Promotional prices may only apply during the stated promotional period.
Walker’s Western Hats reserves the right to change future prices at any time.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price and may be payable by the recipient.
Walker’s Western Hats is not responsible for charges imposed independently by customs authorities, governments, couriers, or other third parties.
Article 9 – Product Conformity and Warranty
Products supplied by Walker’s Western Hats should reasonably correspond with their description and the specifications provided when the order was placed.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where applicable, manufacturer warranties or additional guarantees do not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have.
A guarantee may not apply when damage has resulted from:
-
Misuse
-
Improper care
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Unauthorized alterations
-
Accidental damage
-
Failure to follow reasonable care instructions
Article 10 – Delivery
Walker’s Western Hats will make reasonable efforts to process and deliver orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed, orders should be fulfilled within a reasonable period and, where required by applicable law, no later than 30 days after the agreement is concluded.
If an order experiences a significant delay, customers may have additional rights under applicable consumer law.
Responsibility for the shipment generally transfers to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered.
For estimated processing and delivery times, please see our Shipping Policy.
Article 11 – Long-Term Agreements
If Walker’s Western Hats offers subscriptions or other ongoing agreements in the future, customers will be informed of the applicable duration, renewal terms, and cancellation rights before entering into the agreement.

Article 12 – Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and payment information.
Any errors concerning payment information should be reported as soon as possible.
Walker’s Western Hats may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be successfully verified or completed.
Article 13 – Complaints
If you have a complaint about an order or product, please contact Walker’s Western Hats and provide enough information for us to investigate the issue.
Where possible, include:
-
Your order number
-
A description of the problem
-
Relevant photographs or supporting information
We aim to review and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
We encourage customers to contact us directly first so that we have an opportunity to resolve any issue.
Article 14 – Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the business operating Walker’s Western Hats, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's country or jurisdiction.
Where possible, disputes should first be addressed directly between the customer and Walker’s Western Hats.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Article 15 – Shipping Protection
Where offered during checkout, Shipping Protection is an optional paid service provided in connection with qualifying orders.
Shipping Protection is intended to provide additional protection where an eligible shipment:
-
Is lost during transit
-
Cannot be located after being marked as delivered
-
Arrives damaged
For eligible claims, Walker’s Western Hats may provide a replacement item at no additional product cost, subject to the applicable conditions, exclusions, evidence requirements, and claim deadlines.
Coverage is limited to a maximum value of $250 per order.
A maximum of one approved Shipping Protection claim may be made per order.
Shipping Protection covers qualifying merchandise and does not cover the price paid for the Shipping Protection service itself.
Once an order has shipped, the Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable.
Walker’s Western Hats reserves the right to reject claims where:
-
Required evidence has not been provided
-
A claim is submitted outside the applicable deadline
-
The circumstances fall outside the covered events
